DATE NUT BREAD RECIPE
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup dates
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBL melted butter

Watermelon Salsa recipe - The simple recipe is:
- 3-4 cups diced watermelon
- 1 TBL cilantro
- 1 TBL very very very finely diced red onion
- 3 TBL lime juice
- sprinkle of salt.
Add baked corn chips and enjoy.
